Travel Recruiter: (7 positions)
Source nursing candidates from a multitude of platforms including social media, databases and cold calling. Screen candidates for eligibility to ensure they are a match for the role. Refer well-qualified applicants to Account Management team. Must have the ability to problem-solve any issues that arise throughout contract and build/maintain relationships. Dynamic individual must have exceptional written and oral communication skills, time management and customer service skills.
Starting Pay: $35k + commission
Business Development Specialist: (2 positions)
Grow the direct client base and increases the company’s capacity in travel nursing. The position involves heavy outbound solicitation and interaction with potential new customers. Responsible for all phases of the sales life cycle, including lead generation and sourcing, as well as understanding relevant systems, contract structure, product knowledge, and financial negotiations.
Starting Pay: $45k + commission
Financial Specialist: (1 position)
Responsible for tracking all financial activity using Quick Books. Maintain account payable, receivable and run payroll for a staff of 20. Generate weekly reports using Excel to guide use of capital and strategic decision making. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office and ADP. Responsibilities include making collection calls, conducting account research and analysis, reconciling financials and interacting with external clients via email and phone. Displaying a positive attitude, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize are a must.
Starting Pay: $35k+
Government Contracting Specialist: (1 position)
Creates, examines and monitors contractual agreements between the organization and government agencies. Act as shrewd negotiator and work to achieve the best possible deal for the organization. Must be aware of legislative and regulatory issues that may be related to established and new contracts and possess the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal/external clients. Responsible for preparing sales and purchase contracts as well as reviewing and updating existing contracts.
